To gauge the overall community health needs of residents, Community Hospital Fairfax invites the public to participate in a Community Health Needs Assessment Town Hall roundtable on Thursday, January 23rd for lunch from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. located at Community Hospital – Fairfax.
This event is being held to identify and prioritize the community health needs. Findings from this community discussion will also serve to fulfill both federal and state mandates.

The 2022 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is complete. Community Hospital-Fairfax (CH-F) thanks the many contributors to the process from those who took the time to complete the survey to focus group participants.
The needs assessment is the product of research, focus groups and a community wide survey conducted from January to May 2022. The goal of the assessment was to determine what the greatest health needs were in the community and how Community Hospital-Fairfax can best meet those needs. Over 400 households answered the survey representing over 900 individuals.
The 2022 CHNA was very valuable and CH-F will be using the data to determine an implementation plan to meet the needs the community has identified.
