Monthly Payments
The following schedule is the minimum payment guideline for monthly payments on your account.

| $1-$150 | 3 month maximum | $50 |
| $151-$600 | 12 month maximum | $50 |
| $601-$1,200 | 12 month maximum | $100 |
| $1,201-over | 24 month maximum | $100 |

Online Bill Pay
Please ensure that your statement says Community Hospital Association (Fairfax, MO) before proceeding with payment.
Debit and Credit Cards
We accept all major debit and credit cards. If you choose to make a monthly payment via your debit or credit card, we can process it automatically for your convenience.
