Eric Bendorf M.D., a general surgeon from Council Bluffs Surgical Associates, provides general surgery services at Community Hospital-Fairfax (CH-F.) Dr. Bendorf is a Board-Certified Surgeon and we enjoy having him on the panel of visiting specialists.
Dr. Bendorf attended medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed his residency at Mercy Catholic Medical Center. He currently is on the medical staff at Jennie Edmundson Memorial Hospital and Alegent Health in the Omaha and Council Bluffs area. He is onsite in Fairfax twice a month and offers a clinic and surgical services.
Before Dr. Bendorf started at CH-F – “We reached out to Dr. Bendorf shortly after Dr. Ryberg retired. Over the last few months, I have enjoyed getting to know him and feel like he is going to be a great fit for our community” explained Chief of Staff, Aron Burke M.D.
Dr. Roderick Warren is a board-certified General Surgeon with more than 20 years of hands-on experience and comprehensive surgical training. He is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate surgical care to patients in rural communities and is committed to helping patients access advanced treatment options closer to home.
Dr. Warren offers a full range of general surgical services, including consultations, evaluations, and surgical procedures. He also specializes in the surgical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), utilizing advanced techniques to help patients find lasting relief and improve their quality of life.
His extensive experience and mastery of modern surgical methods have established him as a trusted and highly skilled surgeon. Patients appreciate his thoughtful approach, clear communication, and commitment to personalized care.
Dr. Warren’s home base is Atchison, and he currently serves patients in several rural communities throughout the region. He is excited to help rebuild and expand general surgery services at Community Hospital-Fairfax, making expert surgical care more accessible for local patients.
