From South I-29 (Craig Exit) Drive North on I-29 (about 45 miles North of St. Joseph, MO).

At exit 92, turn RIGHT onto Ramp towards US-59 / Craig / Fairfax .

Turn LEFT (West) off of ramp onto US-59.

Follow US-59 about 15 miles through Fairfax.

Take RIGHT curve through traffic light.

Community Hospital Association, Inc. is on the right side of US-59, just outside of Fairfax.

From North I-29 (Rock Port Exit) Drive South on I-29

At exit 110, turn LEFT onto Ramp towards US-136 / Rock Port / Phelps City.

Turn LEFT (North) onto US-136 and follow for about 10 miles.

Turn RIGHT (South) onto US-59 and follow for about 6 miles.

Turn LEFT into Community Hospital-Fairfax.
