About Your Gift

When you make a gift in someone’s honor or memory, the honoree or surviving family will receive a letter acknowledging your thoughtful gift. These gifts serve as comfort in times of sorrow or provide gratitude to someone who has touched your life. You can direct your gift to the Community Hospital – Fairfax department or program of your choice, or give an unrestricted gift to the area of greatest need. Undesignated donations help others to have quality of life through the purchases of lifesaving equipment and technology.

Giving is Simple

To make a gift in memory or in honor, simply enclose your gift in a designated envelope or send to Community Hospital – Fairfax, Office of Community Healthcare Foundation, PO Box 107, Fairfax, MO, 64446 with a note designating the honoree. The Foundation Office will immediately notify the honoree or next of kin.
